Advanced Today Screen
The Today screen provides a quick graphical view of what’s going on in the system at any point during the current day or historically for any date range selected. The screen can be set-up as required from a list of available charts then filtered to display the exact information required.

140 Standard Reports
CommsOffice Express has 140 standard reports that provide a wealth of information allowing  users to report by site, department, extension, trunk, DID/DDI, account code or even search for how many times a specific telephone number has called in or been dialled out.

Schedule Reports and deliver via Email
Reports can be run manually to PC screen or PDF reader or scheduled to run automatically to a printer, a file location or sent as an attachment to an email. Reports can be saved in popular formats such as PDF, MS Excel, Word, html and many more.

Connection Methods:
RS232 serial port or Telnet via LAN or IP via LAN or via text file reader

Null Modem lead required for serial connection from telephone system to PC, Cat5 straight patch lead required for Telnet & IP connection
